Wisdom Calls Coaching

SHANA PEACHEY BOSHART

Access your inner wisdom
to lead with clarity, courage, and confidence

Picture

My coaching creates a place where leaders can
hear their inner wisdom and follow its guidance.

You can benefit from being coached if...
  • You are excited to start a new job or project
  • You are looking for new, intentional ways to grow in your role
  • You are eager to implement a specific training or goal
  • You feel stuck or overwhelmed and are seeking a path forward
  • You are a team of one and could benefit from a planning partner
Coaching is a conversation with a trusted dialogue partner that helps you move from where you are now to where you want to be.

In a coaching conversation, I will listen to your hopes and aspirations, respect your wisdom, and amplify your expertise. I will ask you questions that will enable you to articulate your goals, discern the next wise step, and take action to realize your hopes.

About Coaching

Coaching is different from mentoring, consulting, or therapy. In a coaching relationship, the client is the expert who comes up with the solutions. The coach’s skill is in listening well and asking insightful questions to create clarity, courage and commitment to action.

A typical coaching session is 50-60 minutes long. You can be coached once about one thing, a set number of times to work on specific goals, or regularly for your ongoing leadership growth.
Yes! Let's talk

Wisdom Calls!
Coaching helps you listen for Wisdom and follow its guidance

“Wisdom Calls” is a reference to Proverbs 8:

1 Does not wisdom call
    and understanding raise her voice?
2 On the heights, beside the way,
    at the crossroads she takes her stand;
3 beside the gates in front of the town,
    at the entrance of the portals she cries out:
4 “To you, O people, I call,
    and my cry is to all who live.
5 O simple ones, learn prudence;
    acquire intelligence, you who lack it.

“Anyone can access and interact with wisdom and use it to make a beautiful life for yourself or for others. You can create with it, like a designer. In fact [wisdom], in Hebrew, isn’t simply intellectual knowledge, the word is also used to describe a skilled artisan who excels at their craft like a woodworking or stone masonry. So, you show you possess [wisdom] when you put it to work and develop the skill of making a good life.”

        Bible Project video of Proverbs 8

We believe that the people we are coaching already possess the deep inner wisdom needed to create options, make decisions, and devise outstanding plans, so our job becomes helping them excavate that gold by listening deeply, staying curious, exploring alternatives, and asking good questions.
