David Boshart, PhD, is President of Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary and a leadership educator who has written and taught extensively on organizational culture, values-based leadership, and faith-informed entrepreneurship.

Shana Peachey Boshart, ACC, is a leadership coach with training in spiritual direction and intercultural competence who helps leaders navigate change with clarity, conviction and impact.
